Borderless Diaries was born from a simple truth: moving across borders changes you forever. It’s not just about visas, packing boxes, or learning a new language — it’s about the real, messy, exhilarating human stories that unfold when you step into a new life somewhere else.

I started this podcast because I wanted to create the space I wish I had when I made my own international moves.  A place where people could share their journeys honestly, with all the wins, lessons, and unexpected turns.

Every episode is a conversation that goes beyond the Instagram version of expat life. You’ll hear about the doubts and culture shocks, the joy of finding your people, and the personal growth that comes from living without borders.

This is more than a podcast. It’s a collection of voices, experiences, and perspectives. It’s a reminder that wherever you are in the world, you’re not alone in your journey.

From The Netherlands to Los Angeles and Ireland, with roots in Greece, Alexandra brings a unique perspective about navigating the global workspace

Dear Diary,

In this week’s podcast I spoke with the most yellow and sunshine-filled person you’ll ever meet: Alex. From spending the first five years of her life on the island of Crete, to landing her dream internship in Los Angeles, and later building a life during five vibrant years in Ireland, her journey has been anything but ordinary.

Even as a little girl, Alex dreamt of being in the spotlight of bright stages, buzzing sets, and the electric thrill of the entertainment world. That dream carried her far from her small hometown, where money was tight but imagination was endless. In Ireland, she found the perfect match for her ambition, becoming one of the first Dutch account managers based there for the entertainment platform TikTok, creating a career where she could finally put her passion on stage.

What I love most about Alex is that no matter where she’s lived, from Crete to LA, to Dublin to Amsterdam, she’s always managed to keep her friends and family close, weaving her world together with warmth and intention.

Want to know her story? The episode is coming soon!
